Executive Investigations is a business unit of Executive Security &
Investigations Pty ltd. (ESI) We provide contract investigation services to
Government Agencies the Public and Private sectors.
We are expanding our administration staff level and seek an experienced casual
office assistant who can bring a professional approach to assisting in all
levels of administration to our Canberra office. You will work closely with our
Office Manager and be an important part of a high performing investigation team
in these exciting fields.
The successful applicant will have to undergo a criminal history check and
possibly Government Security Vetting.

Hours;
Executive
Investigations are flexible with the work hours but suspect it to be around 15
to 20 hours per week.
We will be offering extremely flexible start and finishing times and feel this
freedom and flexibility will best suit a person who wishes to work in around
School hours.

We are seeking a surveillance agent to be part of our surveillance
unit.
Help available if you are thinking of relocating to Canberra
from interstate. Sick of the traffic in Sydney. Canberra is a great place to

Please include the following information when
applying for positions with Executive Investigations:
- Current NSW Private Inquiry Agent (PIA) License.
- Number of years PIA License held.
- Number of years of investigation experience.
- Surveillance investigation experience.
- Computer literate & technology friendly.
- Police, Military or other Government body investigation
experience.
- Pty Ltd company or registered business name.
- Registered ABN number.
- Current or past Government Security Clearance held.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Public Liability Insurance.
- Workers Compensation Insurance.
- Certificate IV investigation methods or similar.
- Formal investigation education & or courses completed.
- Own basic Surveillance investigation equipment.
Other considerations
- Late model vehicle.
- Applicant is articulate & of neat appearance.
- Applicant residence in the Canberra area.

Remuneration & Conditions
Conditions will be discussed if the applicant reached
an interview stage. Hourly contract rate will be in the range of $25 to $35
dollars per hour depending on the investigators experience and which of our
clients you are servicing.

Eligibility to Apply
To be eligible for appointment, the applicant must be
an Australian citizen. However, applicants with permanent resident status who
have applied, or intend to apply for Australian citizenship may be appointed on
probation pending the granting of citizenship.
Preparing your application

Writing your application
Brief, written applications, focused on the selection criteria are preferred. As
selection may be based solely on applications and referee reports, the quality
(not quantity) of written applications is an important factor.
Applications should include the following so Executive
Investigations have sufficient information to assess your claims.
- Statement addressing the Selection Criteria (if required)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing personal details and work
history
- Two Referees
Your Curriculum Vitae should comprise a resume of personal particulars and an
outline of your work history. The following is a suggested format:
Full name and address
Telephone number (contact number during business hours)
Educational Qualifications (title, majors, date and institution where obtained
or expected date of completion)
Employment History (include dates, name of employer, position occupied) and a
brief outline of the duties undertaken. The details should be in reverse
chronological order, starting with your present position and working backwards.
Be concise and only give relevant information about major responsibilities. It
is not necessary to mention in detail jobs which were held for short periods
unless the experience is relevant to the advertised position. However, please
don't leave any unexplained gaps in your work history. If applicable, a minimum
of the past five years history will suffice.
Referee Reports
You will need to provide two referee reports, either at the
time of applying or at a later stage in the selection process. However, it is
important that two referees be detailed (with appropriate contact numbers) on
the Application.
Remuneration & Conditions
Conditions will be discussed if the applicant reached

investigators experience and which field you are working in. Executive
